Livestrong

I admire, respect, look up to, and hold in high esteem Lance Armstrong.  I watched on television his 4 Tour de France wins and am still in awe of his awesomeness!  He is a cancer survivor and a fitness guru.  But it is not just about the bike for him.  He is about health and that includes more than just being physcially fit, it includes community and mental stability. 

I have received Livestrong emails since I fought and won my own battle and now am at a time and place where I can begin the next part of the journey - better health, mental stability - okay friends stop the laughter lol.  I have joined the Livestrong challenge and have accepted a couple of the dares that were issued.  I challenge anyone who reads my blog to join Livestrong with me and get healthier.

Today is playoff football for my team that I have supported since high school.  We play at 4:15 so, I have lots to do before kick off to prepare for my big day tomorrow.  It is a full moon tomorrow as well so it is a great time for new beginnings.  I will be older, wiser and of course more mature LOL, I am beginning my learn to weld gig, and the full moon is important for energy and grounding.

This is me to a T! Perhaps it explains why in difficult situations I am able to perform and still complete the task at hand - no matter how dicey or impossible.  The possibilities had this information been at hand in my younger years...the possibilities are endless. "Sun is in 18 Degrees Capricorn.
