Feathers

I just had to add a new photo of the babies in their cozy nest. You can see the difference of just a couple of days.  The photos below are only 4 days old and they are just fluffy, now they are developing feathers, but eyes are still tightly closed. 

We had a little quiet time this afternoon for the young Robin who fell yesterday.  He is planted at the base of the clothesline pole just under an urn of daisies.  We said a few words and gently laid him to rest,
