Pumpkins, welcome signs, wildlife, rainbows and the road...

Pumpkins in the backyard taking over the ornamental corn.

The big miner dude.  Next trip we are going to stop and go on the underground mine tour.

This deer was with his mom, Mom crossed the road in front of us and he dodged his way back to the bush for safety.

Ravens up north are not shy - they do not even move for cars or 18 wheelers!

The straight road to the north.
Whittles sporting his new American style bandana. I think he rocks it!
Big Powder ski resort - driven past for years and now finally have a picture of their famous skier!
We were lucky enough to spot this rainbow over the shore of Lake Superior - south shore on our way to Cloud Bay.  Then a second rainbow appeared and the pot of gold was on the side of the road - we drove through the base of the rainbow.
